The villa spans two floors and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. It features three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and balconies with sea views, an open-plan living room with direct access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and an additional guest WC. The villa also offers a workspace ideal for remote working and a spacious entrance hallway with high ceilings, providing a sense of openness and comfort. Within the villa complex, there is a separate studio apartment with two single beds, a bathroom, and stunning views of the sea and garden.
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor features a spacious living room, a large dining area with a table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. It opens directly onto the paved part of the garden, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for those who wish to work from home.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor features three spacious bedrooms, each with access to a balcony offering beautiful sea views, a bathroom, and a large hallway. This level also includes the main entrance to the house from the upper side. On this floor is a separate studio apartment with its own entrance, consisting of two beds, a bathroom, and a small kitchen.

Our spacious open-plan living and dining area is designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room features a large yellow L-shaped sofa that can be extended into an additional bed, providing comfortable sleeping space for up to two guests. A flat-screen TV with Netflix access allows you to sit back and enjoy your favorite movies and shows during your stay.
The dining area includes a large wooden table, perfect for shared meals, family gatherings, or relaxed evenings indoors.
From this space, you can step directly out onto the tiled outdoor area, where you’ll find a large outdoor dining table and comfortable sun loungers — ideal for enjoying meals al fresco or relaxing in the fresh air.

Our spacious, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It includes all essential appliances, such as a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and fridge. Guests can enjoy a variety of coffee options with the capsule coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, and espresso stovetop brewer — perfect for starting the day just the way you like it.
